Manage billing from your account
Authorized company owners can open the Stripe billing portal from the Lion Safe back office to cancel or manage the subscription.

Cancel before the displayed trial expiration to prevent the first recurring plan charge. Access may continue until the end of the trial unless the account is closed earlier for security or policy reasons.
Cancellation normally ends renewal
Unless the portal states otherwise, cancelling a paid subscription stops the next renewal while service continues through the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are not automatic.
Connected subscriptions are separate
Cancelling Lion Safe does not automatically cancel Truckstop, communications, payment, or other third-party subscriptions. Contact those providers directly when their services are billed separately.
Export before access ends
Download company records you need before access expires. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and any financial, security, contractual, or legal obligations.
