Information you provide
We may collect company and account details, user names and business contact information, driver and vehicle records, insurance and safety records, rate confirmations, bills of lading, settlement-supporting documents, communications, and support requests.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide plan features, organize records, show status, process billing, send requested notices, support customers, protect the service, maintain audit history, and operate approved integrations.
Services that process information
Vercel may host the website and application layer; Supabase may provide authentication, database, and private file storage; Stripe may store payment methods and manage subscriptions; and a secured Hostinger worker may perform approved background processing. Additional integrations are disclosed when enabled.
Card details stay with Stripe
Lion Safe does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment-method and subscription information under its own privacy and security terms.
Company records are access-controlled
Customer records are designed to be separated by organization and protected with authenticated access and database row-level security. Administrative access is limited to authorized operational purposes.
Records are kept for a defined purpose
We retain information while the account is active and as reasonably needed for contractual, security, financial, dispute, backup, and legal obligations. Final retention periods must be confirmed before live customer data is accepted.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Authorized company representatives may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@usaxdispatchconnect.cloud. Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or audit reasons.
Security is shared
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Customers should use strong credentials, restrict access, and avoid uploading information the service does not request.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the account or business email.
