Using Lion Safe
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. The person creating a company account confirms that they are authorized to act for that company.
What Lion Safe provides
Lion Safe organizes trucking-company information and may provide compliance-readiness, document, dispatch, load, settlement-preparation, reminder, reporting, and integration workflows according to the selected plan. Features, storage, limits, and connected providers vary by plan.
Accuracy remains your responsibility
You control the records supplied to Lion Safe and are responsible for their accuracy, completeness, lawful use, and timely correction. Lion Safe does not alter official documents to create compliance, guarantee an audit outcome, provide legal advice, or replace a carrier’s operational responsibilities.
Protect company access
Keep credentials private, use individual accounts where available, and notify us promptly if access may be compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through authorized company accounts.
Use the system lawfully
Do not upload unlawful material, misrepresent documents, access another company’s information, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or use a connected provider outside that provider’s permitted terms.
Connected services have separate rules
Load boards, payment providers, communication tools, and other integrations may require separate approval, credentials, subscriptions, or charges. Lion Safe does not grant rights that a third-party provider has not authorized.
Trials and recurring service
The selected plan, trial, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and payment-method rules are described in the Trial & Billing Policy. Your subscription begins only after the stated approval process.
Technology can change
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, legality, provider compatibility, or service quality. We may suspend access for nonpayment, security threats, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms.
Operational decisions stay with the carrier
To the extent permitted by law, Lion Safe is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, regulatory outcome, load availability, broker approval, revenue, or business result. The carrier remains responsible for dispatch, safety, compliance, payment, and business decisions.
