MONEY & ACCESS

Trial and billing

A clear timeline from card verification through trial, renewal, and cancellation.

CARD

Card first, no immediate subscription

Stripe securely collects a reusable payment method after account registration. Submitting the card does not start a subscription, shorten the trial, or create an immediate plan charge.

APPROVAL

Lion Safe reviews the request

Only a card-verified company enters the approval queue. We may confirm account details, plan fit, service availability, and provider requirements before opening access.

14 DAYS

The trial begins after approval

When an authorized Lion Safe administrator approves the company, Stripe creates the selected subscription with a complete 14-day trial. The trial end date is shown in the customer back office.

RENEWAL

Paid service begins after the trial

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan renews at the displayed recurring price plus applicable tax. External provider subscriptions and usage charges are separate unless a written offer expressly includes them.

CHANGES

Plan and price changes

Plan changes take effect according to the confirmation shown before the change. We will provide advance notice before changing the recurring price of an existing subscription when required.

FAILED PAYMENT

Billing problems require attention

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and account access may be limited or suspended. We do not represent a failed payment as a completed payment.

RECORD

Stripe is billing truth

Stripe remains the source of payment-method, invoice, subscription, and refund status. Lion Safe mirrors that status for customer access and operational visibility.
